SWEETNESS, PLEASURE, DELICACY, NATURE and EVASION punctuate the new 2021 season of the Domaine de Gaztelur. You can find - or discover - in our 15th century building, our florist who is always very inspired when it comes to the composition of unique bouquets, our designer boutique and our antiques exhibition where everything, absolutely everything, is offered for sale.

Obviously, we always welcome you to the gourmet restaurant installed in our pergola overlooking our 3 hectare park and offering a unique view of the Rhune. We have kept the same formula as before, namely, the weekday lunch menu at € 35 or the tasting menu (lunch and dinner every day) from € 75 as well as the seasonal menu.


A NEW thing awaits you on the estate, in a rural setting: a second ephemeral restaurant, "le Potager", open from June 9 to September 30, from 12 noon to 10 p.m., will allow you to enjoy simple and tasty dishes in the greenhouse. heart of the vegetable garden. A true vegetal and bucolic paradise, available without reservation.


Gaztelur's signature is above all the commitment to cook quality local products and vegetables from our vegetable garden. This year our beehives are providing our chef with all-flower “house” honey, which he uses in his dishes and desserts according to the inspiration of the moment.

INSTINCTIVE CUISINE

Gaztelur Arcangues


Gaztelur chef Alexandre Soulier’s is a bold and creative gastronomic cuisine. Sensitive to the seasons, he is committed to working with local producers, and attaches particular importance to the sourcing of his produce – some of which comes from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden – before transforming it on the plate. He is seconded by sommelier and restaurant manager Nikolas Goufter, whose carefully selected wine list pairs perfectly with the dishes on the menu. And the setting is idyllic: beneath a subtly decorated glass roof, overlooking wooded grounds, with La Rhune in the background.
